Privacy Policy

Signal Home LLC operates HMP. This policy describes how HMP uses account and home information, and how we plan to handle optional home-alert text messages when they become available.

Information we use

To provide HMP, we use account and home-assignment information, the devices and readings an administrator makes visible to your home, and the settings you choose. If you opt in to text alerts, we also use your phone number, your consent and opt-out choices, alert events, and message-delivery records.

Why we use it

We use this information to show your home's readings, deliver the alerts you request, maintain account security, and diagnose delivery problems. Text alerts would be optional and limited to the home and alert types you select. HMP is not an emergency-response service.

Sharing and storage

We use service providers, including AWS, to host HMP and, when enabled, deliver messages. We do not sell phone numbers or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Authorized HMP administrators can manage homes and access needed to provide support. SMS consent and delivery records are not yet collected; retention and deletion procedures will be stated before enrollment opens.

Your choices

Text alerts require your separate, affirmative consent. You can opt out by replying STOP or changing your future HMP alert preference. You may ask about the information associated with your account by emailing administrator@signalhomehq.com.
