HMP SMS Terms

Signal Home LLC plans to offer optional text alerts for selected home events, such as a water sensor reporting an alarm.

Joining and leaving

You would enroll by entering your mobile number and checking a separate, unchecked consent box in HMP. Enrollment is optional. Reply STOP to cancel texts; reply HELP for help, or email administrator@signalhomehq.com. You can also change your HMP alert preference when that setting is available.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the events and alert types you select. Message and data rates may apply. Signal Home LLC does not charge a separate fee for receiving these texts, but your carrier may.

Delivery

SMS delivery can be delayed or fail because of device, carrier, network, or service conditions. HMP alerts supplement, and do not replace, local alarms or emergency services. Do not rely on a text as your only warning of a hazard.
